Scams & Monitoring
Fake accounts pretending to be Matteo Bocelli — or his management team — are unfortunately common. They contact fans through private messages and comments, build a personal conversation, and then ask for money, gift cards or crypto payments.
Matteo and his team will never message you first to ask for money, gift cards, crypto or personal financial details. Official contact happens only through the verified accounts linked on this website and the official store. If someone claiming to be Matteo asks you for a payment, it is a scam.
Typical signs
A new or near-empty profile using Matteo's photos, quick declarations of affection, excuses about why they can't video call, and an urgent request for money.
What to do
Stop replying, take screenshots of the conversation and payment details, block the account, and report it below so we can warn other fans.
Already paid?
Contact your bank or payment provider immediately and report the fraud. Keep every receipt — they help the investigation.
Report a scam
Tell us where you spotted the scam, who ran it and what happened. Screenshots, payment slips and receipts help us act faster.
